1. Returns and Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at returns@subhayasree.com. We will provide instructions on how to return your item. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned product.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Customized sarees, clearance items, and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@subhayasree.com with details and photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
